Tai Chi, often called "meditation in motion" is an ancient Chinese system of exercise focusing on low, smooth movement to achieve balance and relaxation of body and mind. Movements are done standing, wearing comfortable clothes and flat flexible shoes for support. I like flat tennis shoes. All movements can be adapted for comfort.

 

 

Jennifer- A certified instructor for nine years began her Tai Chi journey as a path to finding physical and mental balance following surgery. Continued study with her Tai Chi sifu has shown her that Tai Chi is a journey offering rewards at every turn and at every level.
