Trish is a former couch potato.  When she stumbled into her first Nia class, the music and the movements spoke to her in a way that ignited the joyful dancer hidden within.  Motivated by her desire to share the joy of movement with others, she certified as a Nia White Belt and has been teaching since 2003. Her Nia journey has not only given her abundant joy, it has given her a new body as well: stronger, more flexible, more graceful and thirty pounds lighter!
