Strength Training
A one-hour
full body workout for building and toning muscles. Participants will use
weights, tubing and body weight for resistance and will be coached
through a variety of exercises that are tailored to fit all levels of
fitness.
Cardio and
Strength Training Intervals
A 90 minute workout that combines brief 1-5 minute aerobic intervals
utilizing the step, kickboxing and basic floor combinations to challenge
the heart rate and aerobic energy system. Participants will also
be lead through strength training exercises including core work.
A 10 minute stretch will end the class. Modifications of all
exercises will be demonstrated and encouraged.
